4) Coaching Sessions, Templates & Payments

Services: Fees may apply for coaching sessions, HR consulting, downloadable templates, or advisory products.
Payments: You authorize HRBestie.coach and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for Services rendered.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital and advisory services, all purchases are generally final once delivered or scheduled. Exceptions may be granted at HRBestie.coach’s discretion if a session or product cannot be fulfilled.

5) Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, designs, graphics, downloadable materials, and the HRBestie.coach name and logo—is the intellectual property of HRBestie.coach and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
